Payments

How do I make a payment?
Go to Make a Payment, enter your details and amount, then choose PayPal, card (Stripe), or bank transfer. You’ll receive a confirmation after completion.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently support PayPal, major cards via Stripe Payment Links, and manual bank transfers. If you need a different method, contact us.
When will my payment show as complete?
PayPal and card payments typically confirm within minutes. Bank transfers can take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes, a receipt is emailed to the address you provide during checkout. For copies, contact our Support Center with your invoice/order number.

Merchants

How do I create a merchant account?
Use Create Account (Merchants) to submit your company details and KYC documents. Our team will guide you through onboarding and compliance.
How long does onboarding take?
Typical onboarding completes in 2–5 business days, depending on industry and documentation completeness.
When are funds settled to merchants?
Standard settlement cycles are T+2 to T+5 business days. Custom schedules are available for eligible merchants.
